Job Overview
Shopistack is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching potential business clients, finding decision-makers, collecting accurate contact information, and preparing quality lead lists for outreach campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in B2B research, understands international markets, and can find potential clients for Shopify, eCommerce, web development, and digital service businesses.
After reviewing applications, shortlisted candidates will be contacted by email with the next steps. Selected candidates may be invited for an interview or a short lead generation task, and the final selection will be confirmed by email or phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and find potential B2B clients from LinkedIn, Google, company websites, directories, and other online sources.
- Collect accurate company details, including company name, website, email, contact person, LinkedIn profile, country, industry, and business type.
- Identify decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, marketing managers, eCommerce managers, and business owners.
- Build and maintain organized lead lists using Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, or other tools.
- Verify email addresses and ensure all collected leads are relevant and high quality.
- Find potential service opportunities related to Shopify, eCommerce, web development, and web design.
- Support outreach campaigns by providing targeted and qualified leads.
- Prepare daily or weekly lead generation reports.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, or data research.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Google search, company directories, and online research methods.
- Ability to find valid business emails and decision-maker information.
- Basic understanding of Shopify, eCommerce, web development, or digital agency services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to work with Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and able to meet daily or weekly lead targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, Crunchbase, BuiltWith, SimilarWeb, or similar tools.
- Previous experience working with Shopify agencies, web development companies, SaaS companies, or digital marketing agencies.
- Basic understanding of cold email outreach and B2B sales funnels.
- Experience in finding leads from international markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Ability to analyze websites and identify possible business opportunities.
